Greenfield R-IV would like to thank Sergeant John Lueckenhoff with the Missouri State Highway Patrol for holding an educational assembly over the dangers of distracted driving. Distracted driving is a hazard that presents itself to our students daily and Sgt. Lueckenhoff did a phenomenal job of engaging and interacting with students grades 9-12. We encourage parents to help us combat this epidemic by having these types of conversations with their young drivers. #1school1community1wildcatfamily

Mr. Cox has began a fun unit by venturing into each elementary classroom, once per quarter, and reading a short story followed by a mini lesson. This element of immersion allows students to continue building relationships, as well as a bringing a calming sense of familiarity, with Mr. Cox, building principal. After the first week of readings, we aren't sure who is enjoying themselves more...the kids or Mr. Cox! #w1ldcats

As the country awoke to the 18th anniversary of the September 11th attacks, Greenfield R-IV served an assembly of remembrance this morning. The assembly was led by High School student ambassadors and embodied the emotion and sincerity of the day. Mr. Gandy delivered an acoustic performance of the Star Spangled Banner and the High School Student Ambassadors paid tribute by reciting a timeline of events from that sorrowful day in 2001. Greenfield R-IV would like to send our upmost gratitude to those who have served our country whether it be in the past, present, or future. Never forget. #WeRemember #9/11
