Happy School Counselor's Week from the students of Greenfield Elementary! Mrs. Landers and Mrs. Breedlove, we hope you know how much we appreciate all you do and how much our students adore you! We hope you had an enjoyable week!

Pre-K STEAM night is cancelled for Thursday, February 6th due to weather and no school. Be safe.

Third grade students have just started to learn about fractions. In order to help with understanding fractions, students were paired with one another and completed a hands-on activity. After students partitioned various objects into equal parts, they had a "fraction museum walk" around the room to observe other students' work. They had great discussions after the activity, which in turn will guide them to new skills in fractions. Basic math skills like understanding fractions, are crucial for everyone to master. From cooking and carpentry to sports and sewing, we can't escape factions in our daily lives!

Greenfield Elementary students are encouraged to show school spirit and celebrate Courtwarming next week. Then, come out Friday, Feb. 7th to Greenfield High School and support the GHS boys & girls basketball teams as we host Bronaugh! Games begin at 5:00!
